As a KF Certified Coach, I serve owners, CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs who want to grow their business on biblical principles while pursuing a life of eternal impact, integrity, and wholeness.

Through Kingdom Factor Peer Advisory Groups, I convene confidential, member-driven cohorts of 8–12 Christian business leaders who meet regularly for real conversations about real issues with real results, integrating best-in-class business practices with KF’s Operating System and biblically grounded leadership content. These groups function as a personal board of advisors, providing sharpened decision-making, accountability, prayer, and strategic counsel so leaders no longer have to carry the weight of leadership in isolation.

In addition to peer groups, I offer one-on-one executive and leadership coaching that blends organizational psychology, decades of private-sector experience, and Spirit-led discernment to help leaders clarify calling, navigate complex decisions, and build healthy, high-performing, Christ-centered organizations. Coaching engagements focus on purpose and calling, strategy and execution, culture and team health, and personal and spiritual resilience, so that leaders can thrive at the intersection of faith, business, and family.

President's Bio

John S. Lybarger, Ph.D., MCC

Dr. John Lybarger is a distinguished organizational psychologist and coach, as well as a retired licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As President of Purpose Driven Consulting, LLC in Prescott Valley, Arizona, Dr. Lybarger brings decades of experience in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, specializing in personal and professional development and coaching. Throughout his career, Dr. Lybarger has worked with a diverse range of clients, including numerous federal agencies, major corporations, and various nondenominational churches. His expertise includes facilitating workshops that foster emotional intelligence, executive development, transformational change, organizational development, stress management, and building resilience.

Dr. Lybarger’s clinical background as a retired licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, retired National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), and retired Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) uniquely informs his coaching approach. He integrates psychological insight with biblical principles and practical strategies, helping clients navigate complexity, change, and personal/spiritual growth. His coaching, training, and writing are grounded in evidence-based practices and a commitment to fostering resilience, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, purpose-driven living, and executive development.

An accomplished author and educator, Dr. Lybarger has made significant contributions to the personal and professional development of leaders across government, healthcare, and the business sector. Dr. Lybarger holds dual PhDs in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy) from Grand Canyon University and California Coast University, an MA in Counseling from California State University at Fullerton, an MBA in Management from California Coast University, and a B.S. in Christian Education from Biola University. He is a licensed and ordained minister. He is certified by multiple coaching organizations, including the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation and the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential from the Center for Credentialing and Education, with specializations in Life Coaching and Health and Wellness Coaching.

James C. "Jim" Lybarger

James C. “Jim” Lybarger is a Certified Kingdom Factor Coach and a retired Correctional Officer with the California Department of Corrections who has successfully transitioned into a new season as a full-time business mentor, coach, and Christian life coach. Drawing on more than seventeen years of service at the California Correctional Center in Susanville, he brings real-world insight into personal change, responsibility, and second chances.

After retiring from corrections, Jim built a diverse business background, including roles as CEO of JimLybarger.com, manager of an AT&T wireless store in Anderson, California, loan officer at Eagle Home Mortgage, and owner of MIYbiodiesel.com. These experiences shaped his practical, down-to-earth approach to coaching, where he helps people set realistic goals, build resilient mindsets, and take consistent action toward a better future.

As a Christian life coach, Jim combines his faith with his coaching skills to encourage and challenge others to grow spiritually while pursuing their God-given potential. He loves walking alongside people who are ready to make a change—whether in their work, finances, relationships, or spiritual life- and counts it a privilege to watch them discover new freedom, purpose, and hope.
